Your life, your story. It’s full of so many different events that deserve to be documented and treasured. Instead of having a different photographer for each, why not have one that does it all? By getting to know your family, I get a chance to know your personalities and preferences. This is valuable because it ensures that the YOU that’s showing up in photos, is the real YOU.

Your family won’t be the first to show up to a shoot frazzled from a car-fight on the way over. Your toddler won’t be the first to have a meltdown or be out of control. Your teen won’t be the first to refuse to smile the entire session. You won’t be the first to stress about what to wear, or question if you should have waited until you lost that last 5 pounds. This means that I’ve seen it all, and I’ve been in your shoes, and I’m able to help you navigate it.

Letting your guard down and getting out of your head is scary and sometimes difficult, but I’m here to help keep things moving and keep it simple. You will find that you (and your family) are beautiful and perfectly unique, and whatever images we capture are going to be treasured and only grow more valuable over time.

I enjoy laughter. Like, from-the-gut laughter. Families that play and enjoy spending time together, find my sessions natural and easygoing. Even families with older kids that enjoy joking around, find I’m able to highlight those moments and grab images full of joy and fun (which is a solid win when it comes to capturing a moody teenager mid laugh). But what happens when your family is NOT like this? That’s ok too. Remember, I’m here to tell your story.

Maybe you have a mixed family with unique vibes and you’re trying to capture a multitude of personalities and backgrounds in one cohesive image. Maybe you don’t even know what aspect of your story you’re trying to tell and just really want images that are pretty and relaxed and natural. I am here to let you know that no matter what your family is like, I want to step in beside you and make some memories.

We can also do a Milestone session, which focuses on one child, usually for a first birthday, or a graduating senior.

Family/Milestone Sessions are $650 and come with an hour shoot and 60+ edited images. (50% due at time of booking with balance due on the date of the session.)

DAILY LIFE SESSIONS

I’m not just a family photographer, I’m a life photographer. I want to normalize photographing everyday moments by highlighting the beauty in the mundane. Making dinner at home for your family? Let’s photograph it. Baking cookies with the kids? Let’s photograph it. Doing yard work, jumping on the trampoline, sipping sweet tea on the porch while the kids ride bikes? Let’s photograph it.

Your story doesn’t always have to be some big grand event with stylized outfits and a perfect sunset (although those are my jam, and I think they are a fun annual session). But I think there is so much meaning to be found in the simple, everyday events, that make your family unique.
